Graceway and it's generous customers help support local charities every day by putting their spare change into our donation boxes.  Each month Graceway features a charity and every cent of those donations go directly to the featured charity.

This year, we are proud to announce our customers have donated close to twenty-thousand dollars through our donation boxes located at every register.  We're proud to have such great customers, and thank each of you on behalf of Graceway and our featured charities.

Waitrose GM-Free Foods now at Graceway Gourmet!

GM is the process by which the characteristics of a crop are modified by implanting a gene from, for example, another plant. Waitrose does not allow the use of any GM crops or food ingredients derived from GM crops in our own-brand food. It is also our objective to use non-genetically modified crops in animal feeds, where it is viable to do so, from sustainable assured suppliers.

Organic standards do not permit the use of GM material. Our suppliers of non organic poultry, eggs, farmed salmon and New Zealand lamb obtain feed in accordance with a protocol which specifies that conventional (rather than GM) cereals will be used. We will continue to monitor the animal feed supply situation and provide information to customers so that an informed choice can be made.
