Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the Turks and Caicos Islands aged 18 years or older. Employees of Graceway Supermarkets, their immediate family members, and affiliated agencies are eligible to participate.
Entry Conditions: Only original, legible receipts are accepted as proof of purchase. Duplicated, altered, or illegible receipts will be void. Graceway Supermarkets reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible entries.
Prize Collection & Identification: The winner must present a valid government-issued photo ID to claim the prize. The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the designated location and for any transportation, assembly, or installation costs related to the prize.
Winner Selection & Decision Finality: The winner will be selected by random draw. The decision of Graceway Supermarkets regarding the selection of the winner is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
Right to Modify or Cancel: Graceway Supermarkets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
