Thank You for Making Our Diabetic Health Fair a Success!

Hundreds joined us at Graceway IGA for free screenings, expert advice, and family-friendly activities.

Graceway Communities, in collaboration with the Turks and Caicos Diabetic Association, successfully hosted the Diabetic Health Fair at Graceway IGA. The event brought together community health partners to promote diabetes awareness, early detection, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Attendees received free screenings, nutrition guidance, fitness demonstrations, and access to educational resources. Health professionals were available to answer questions and offer practical advice on managing diabetes and improving long term health.

This initiative supports our Social Outreach and Health Awareness pillar and reflects our dedication to continuous community wellness. We extend sincere thanks to the Turks and Caicos Diabetic Association, our partners, volunteers, our staff and the public for making the event a success.
