Graceway Communities Hosts 5th Annual Back-to-School Fair in North Caicos

Graceway Communities proudly celebrated its 5th Annual Back-to-School Fair this past weekend, bringing joy, resources, and togetherness to families in North and Middle Caicos. This year marked the second time the event has been hosted on the twin islands, highlighting Graceway’s growing commitment to reaching students and families across the Turks & Caicos.

Equipping Students for Success

Over 250 students walked away with fully packed school kits and back-to-school essentials, ensuring they start the new academic year prepared and confident. Parents and children alike enjoyed a day filled with activities, entertainment, and delicious food—making the fair not just practical, but also fun.

Learning Discipline and Confidence

One of the highlights of the day was a lively martial arts session with karate instructor Master Sandro, who introduced kids to basic karate moves while teaching discipline, coordination, and self-confidence. The session was a favourite for many young participants.

Teaching Financial Literacy Through Play

This year’s concept centerpiece was the “Stapled Buying” activity, where children used Graceway Communities’ custom monopoly-style money to “purchase” items from a mini-store. More than just fun, the exercise introduced financial literacy, decision-making, and money management—valuable life skills that will serve children far beyond the classroom.
