Disclaimer & Official Rules: By participating in the Nothing Beats a Graceway Christmas Sweepstakes (“Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Graceway Supermarkets Ltd., which are final and binding in all respects.
1. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the Turks and Caicos Islands who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Graceway Supermarkets Ltd., its affiliates, and advertising/promotional partners are eligible to enter or win.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Promotion begins at 7:00 a.m. on November 18, 2025 and ends at 10:00 p.m. on December 17, 2025. Entries received after this deadline will not be valid.
3. How to Enter: Receive one (1) entry for each qualifying purchase of $100 or more (in a single transaction) at any participating Graceway retail location: Graceway IGA, Graceway Smart, Graceway Gourmet, Graceway Grand Turk, and Cash ‘N’ Carry.Entrants must complete their receipt with full contact details and deposit it into the official sweepstakes box. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. No photocopied, mechanical, or automated entries allowed.
4. Prize Details:A total of 20 prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or substituted. Graceway reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
5. Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected at random under the supervision of Graceway Supermarkets Ltd. and announced on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 1 pm EST. Winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) to claim their prize.
All prizes must be claimed by January 7, 2026. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be re-awarded at Graceway’s discretion.
6. Publicity: By entering, participants grant Graceway Supermarkets Ltd. the unrestricted right to use their name, likeness, voice, and/or image for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes—without additional compensation or prior approval.
Additionally, by voluntarily providing an email address or other contact information on the entry receipt, entrants consent to receive marketing, promotional, and informational communications
from Graceway Supermarkets Ltd., including but not limited to newsletters, special offers, and upcoming promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in all future communications.
7. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Graceway Supermarkets, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and all associated employees or agents from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance/use of any prize.
8. General Conditions: Graceway Supermarkets reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion should fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.
Graceway Supermarkets assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries. All decisions made by Graceway Supermarkets are final and binding.
