Eligibility

This promotion is open only to individuals who:

Are legal residents of the Turks and Caicos Islands;

Physically reside in the Turks and Caicos Islands at the time of entry and draw;

Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;

Meet all entry requirements during the promotional period.

Employees of Graceway Supermarkets, its affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers associated with this promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Qualifying Products & Entry Requirements

To enter, customers must purchase any two (2) of the following qualifying products during the promotional period:

Jergens Shea Fusion Warm Amber 14 oz

Jergens Shea Fusion Lavender Dreams 14 oz

Jergens Shea Fusion Vanilla Crush 14 oz

Customers must complete their contact details on their receipt at checkout and deposit the receipt into the designated raffle box in-store.

Each qualifying transaction constitutes one (1) entry.

Multiple entries are permitted.

Receipts must be original and legible.

Altered, duplicated, fraudulent, incomplete, or tampered entries will be disqualified.

Promotional Period

Entries are valid only during the official campaign dates as advertised. Entries received outside of the promotional period will not be accepted.

Prize Details

The prize consists of one (1) $1,000 gift card redeemable at Amanyara Spa and Restaurant only.

The prize:

Does not include gratuities, service charges, tips, transportation to or from the venue, accommodations, additional purchases, or any other expenses not expressly stated;

Is subject to Amanyara’s own terms and conditions;

Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit;

Any expenses exceeding the stated value are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the receipt.

If the winner:

Cannot be contacted within a reasonable period;

Fails to respond;

Is deemed ineligible; or

Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions;

Graceway Supermarkets reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional photography and/or video. The winner grants Graceway Supermarkets the right to use their name, likeness, image, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation or notice.

Limitation of Liability

Graceway Supermarkets shall not be liable for:

Any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in this promotion;

Any issues related to the redemption or use of the prize;

Technical, printing, human, or administrative errors;

Lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen entries.
