It's emails like this that put a smile on our face! Here's an email we received from a happy customer about our lovely Frozen Supervisor, Denise, at IGA!

A short, but important and overdue, email to say how wonderful Denise, the Jamaican lady handling the frozen goods aisle, is. Such a helpful, most pleasant and go-beyond-the-call-of-duty professional person. Consistently, every time I am looking for a certain pizza or flavour of ice-cream, Denise volunteers her assistance and strives to get out the product from the back of the store. She is friendly and respectful, and connects with the client with ease.

Great gal! Great service! Thank you.

Big thank you to Denise for all her hard work and dedication- she upholds Graceway's purpose everyday to send our customers home happy!

Join us on Thursday April 22nd at Graceway IGA for our Earth Day Market to support local growers, win amazing raffle prizes, giveaways throughout the day and do some plant shopping!

Meet Candace Higgs, one of our many outstanding team members who deserves the spotlight! She's a young Turks and Caicos Islander who joined our finance team in September 2020 as a bookkeeper.

Candace earned her Masters Degree in Financial Management at the University of Birmingham in the UK, and has comprehensive work experience within both the local and international banking industry; ranging from direct customer service to compliance and liquidity management. Candace returned to the Turks and Caicos Islands, and extended her career path into accounting, her duties at Graceway now range from cash reconciliation to utility remittances.

Fun Fact: Candace is trained in Classical Ballet at a pre-professional level!
