Ingredients

  •  sliced red onion
  •  lettuce leaves
  •  2 teaspoons minced garlic
  •  1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  •  2 pounds ground chicken
  •  kosher salt to taste
  •  black pepper to taste
  •  burger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate. Cover chicken in oil, garlic and salt and pepper seasoning.
  2. Lightly spray a saute pan with cooking or oil spray. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Grill burger buns until light crisp.
