Graceway Smart Customer Satisfaction Survey Update

Dear Customers,

We would like to offer you our heartfelt thanks for taking part in the Graceway Smart Customer Satisfaction Survey in June & July 2015.

All those who contributed have been entered into a $500 Graceway Gift Card prize draw, which will take place at 6pm Thursday 10th September in the Smart Store.

The survey response was fantastic and we received over 750 complete surveys online and in-store during the 4-week period. We also held some highly informative focus group sessions with a wide cross-section of the TCI community.

It was encouraging that over 85% of you were satisfied with your shopping experience at Smart. You particularly liked the quality and freshness of Smart products, the clean pleasant shopping environment and the value for money that Smart delivers, a testament to Graceway Smart Management and staff.

We received lots of informative feedback on how Smart (and other Graceway Supermarkets) could improve. These are the changes we have already made with your guidance:

More variety: We have added more local, Caribbean and Filipino products, examples include; Salted Mackerel, Borasol, Sak Pase and Fresh Callaoo,

More National Brands: A wider selection of your favorite including Kraft Cheese, Ragu Sauces, Motts Juice and Chobani Yogurt,

More convenience: Ready-to-go salads have been introduced to the Deli section,

More Promotions: With greater frequency, variety of product and discount.

We have also given the Graceway Supermarkets webpage a great new-look so you can more easily find news on our products, sales and promotions, tasty new recipes and contact information.
